Where is the Regensburg City Pass available?

Proof when ordering:	photo of your city pass	Photo of your city pass as well as Proof from your educational institution (voluntary service: from your organization)
Ticket type:	digital ticket, monthly by e-mail, as a wallet link to save on your cell phone
Subscription and method of payment:	Monthly cancelable subscription, monthly direct debit via SEPA

Register (for new customers only): Click on "Registrieren" in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de. Enter personal data and assign a password. Open your e-mail box and click on the activation link in the mail from the RVV.
Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden"
Order your ticket: Select "Deutschlandticket - Sozialtarif", upload a photo of your city pass as proof of eligibility and complete your subscription after entering your IBAN. You will receive further information about your order by e-mail.

Your season ticket is automatically extended until the date on which your City Pass expires.
Then your subscription ends.
To continue using the Deutschlandticket, please have your City Pass extended at the City of Regensburg's Office for Social Affairs.
Log in to the RVV Webshop and order a new Deutschlandticket with a photo of your City Pass.

Proof of eligibility: Fill out the PDF document online, print, sign and receive confirmation by stamp from your vocational school (Federal Volunteer Service: from your sponsoring organization).
Register (for new customers only): Click on "Registrieren" in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de. Enter personal data and assign a password. Open your e-mail box and click on the activation link in the mail from the RVV.
Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden"
Order your ticket: Select "Ermäßigungsticket - Sozialtarif", upload a photo of your city pass and proof of eligibility with the stamp of the educational institution (voluntary service: with the stamp of the sponsor) and complete your subscription after entering your IBAN. You will receive further information about your order by e-mail.

Your subscription is automatically extended until the date on which the validity of your city pass expires or until the date specified by the educational institution as the end of the training period in the confirmation.
The earlier date counts. Then your subscription ends.
In order to continue using the Deutschlandticket, please have your City Pass extended at the City of Regensburg's Office for Social Affairs or have your educational institution (voluntary service: your provider) issue you with a new proof of eligibility.
Log in to the RVV Webshop and order a new Deutschlandticket with a new proof of eligibility.

You do not want to use your ticket next month? Then the cancellation must be made by the 10th of the current month.

Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden".
Cancel subscription: Go to "Meine Daten" → "Kontodaten" to call up an overview of your subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription.
