The Ermäßigungsticket
- The discounted Deutschlandticket by the Free State of Bavaria is not transferable and is only valid for one person at a time. It is not possible to take additional persons with you.
- The discount ticket is valid throughout Germany for the whole day on local public transport as well as on local rail transport.
- The ticket is available digitally - as a monthly cancelable subscription at a price of 29 euros per month.

Regensburg residents who have a city pass can purchase discounted Deutschlandtickets in the RVV webshop from January 1, 2024 → rvv.de/deutschlandticket-sozial.

How to order your Ermäßigungsticket in the RVV webshop.
(no order possible via the RVV app):
- Proof of eligibility: Fill out the PDF document online, print, sign and receive confirmation by stamp from your vocational school (Federal Volunteer Service: from your sponsoring organization).
- Register (for new customers only): Click on "Registrieren" in the webshop (www.abo.rvv.de). Enter personal data and assign a password. Open your e-mail box and click on the activation link in the mail from the RVV.
- Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden".
- Order ticket: Select "Das bayetische Ermäßigungsticket", upload proof of eligibility with stamp of vocational school (Bundesfreiwilligendienst: with stamp of sponsor) and complete your subscription after entering your IBAN. You will receive further information about your order by e-mail.
You will receive your ticket monthly by e-mail:
Your tickets will be sent monthly by e-mail directly to your mailbox - as a wallet link that you can use to save the ticket directly on your smartphone. EUR 29 will be debited monthly.
Your subscription is automatically extended until the date specified by the vocational school as the end of the training period in the confirmation. A new credential is due for any further renewal.
How to cancel your ticket:
You do not want to use your ticket next month? Then the cancellation must be made by the 10th of the current month.
- Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden".
- Cancel subscription: Go to "Meine Daten" → "Kontodaten" to call up an overview of your subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription.
