Would you like to cancel your Deutschlandticket?

Do you no longer wish to use your Deutschlandticket from next month? Then you must cancel by the 10th of the current month.

Have you purchased your ticket via the RVV app?

Please log in to the RVV app under ‘Profile’ with your e-mail address and password. Under "Ticket purchase" -> "My tickets" you can cancel your Deutschlandticket directly under the displayed ticket.

Have you purchased your ticket via the RVV webshop?

Please enter your e-mail and password in the RVV webshop www.abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden". Go to "Meine Daten" → "Kontodaten" to access an overview of your subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription there.

Would you like to cancel your ticket without logging in?

At www.rvv.de/abo-kuendigen you can cancel your Deutschlandticket or Bavarian discount ticket from the RVV using a form without logging into the webshop or the app.

Have you purchased your ticket as a chip card?

Please contact the RVV customer center.

Would you like to cancel your Deutschlandticket Job?

The notice must be given via your employer.
