The Baier wine museum in Bach Danube was built in 1998 in a historic "Biethaus" (press house), documenting the tradition of winemaking in Old Bavaria. Main component of the small special museum is a tree press from the year 1615th. In the nearby wine trail, which is accessible at any time, the winemaking is described detailed and practically.
Education and stopping at an inn can be wonderfully combined in the smallest wine-growing region of Bavaria: In wine bars in Bach and Kruckenberg at Wiesent, you can taste the Regensburg country wine in a cozy atmosphere.
Getting there with the RVV
