A new confirmation from your (vocational) school is required to order 365-Euro-Tickets / bayerische Ermäßigungstickets.

365-Euro-Ticket

Please note: From 01.01.2026, the RVV fare and thus also the 365-Euro Ticket RVV will no longer be valid on trains on the railroad line Gundelshausen - Münchsmünster (= train stops in the districts of Kelheim and Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm).

1. Proof of eligibility: Print out the PDF, fill it out, sign it and obtain a confirmation stamp from your school (trainees: from your training company).
2. Register (only for new customers): Click on “Register” in the webshop abo.rvv.de. Enter your personal data and assign a password (if you are a minor, enter the password of a parent or legal guardian). Open your e-mail inbox and click on the activation link in the RVV e-mail.
3. Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop abo.rvv.de under “Login”.
4. Order your ticket: Select “365-euro ticket” in the “prepayment” or “12 monthly amounts” option, upload proof of eligibility with the school stamp (trainees: with the stamp of the training company) and complete your subscription after entering your IBAN. You will receive further information about your order by e-mail.

Bayerisches Ermäßigungsticket (discounted Deutschlandticket, e.g. for trainees)

1. Proof of eligibility: Fill out the PDF document online, print, sign and receive confirmation by stamp from your vocational school (Federal Volunteer Service: from your sponsoring organization).
2. Register (for new customers only): Click on "Registrieren" in the webshop (abo.rvv.de). Enter personal data and assign a password. Open your e-mail box and click on the activation link in the mail from the RVV.
3. Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden".
4. Order ticket: Select "Das bayetische Ermäßigungsticket", upload proof of eligibility with stamp of vocational school (Bundesfreiwilligendienst: with stamp of sponsor) and complete your subscription after entering your IBAN. You will receive further information about your order by e-mail.
