In the RVV app under "Ticket purchase" -> "My tickets" you can cancel your Deutschlandticket directly in the opened ticket by clicking on the link located under the ticket details.

Please contact the RVV customer center.
Have you purchased your ticket online at dticket.rvv.de?
Please log in to the order portal at dticket.rvv.de with your e-mail address and password. You can cancel your ticket there.
Would you like to cancel your Ermäßigungsticket?
Please enter your e-mail and password in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden". Go to "Meine Daten" → "Kontodaten" to access an overview of your subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription.
Are you a student?
Please enter your e-mail and password in the online portal dticket-fuer-studenten.rvv.de under "Anmelden". Under "Mein Abonnement" you can cancel your upgrade.
Would you like to cancel your Deutschlandticket at a social rate?
Please enter your e-mail and password in the webshop www.abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden". Go to "Meine Daten" → "Kontodaten" to access an overview of your subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription.
Would you like to cancel your Deutschlandticket Job?
The notice must be given via your employer.
